Wedding ring not sized correctly

I am disgusted with the type of service i have received from this branch, on the 24th August 2013 myself and my fiance has purchased our wedding rings, we were assisted by a lady named shasha-lee, the rings then had to be sized according to our finger sizes, on the 31st august 2013 we then returned to the store to collect the rings, my fiance was happy with her ring, i however fitted on my ring at home, to find that my ring was made to small, i then took the ring back on 01st september 2013 and advised that i was not happy with the ring and that i refuse to pay again for sizing, i then advised that i would like to be refunded should they insist on me paying for sizing again, as per CPA act this was said on the 7th day of purchase, i then spoke to a lady names Nazley Jacobs who advised me that they will not refund me, they insisted that i take the ring pakaging with me, i am extremely off as i could have gone to galaxy and co or even sterns, but i chose American swiss, only for me to be treated this way... i then spoke to Rannie Pillay, so called regional manager, who was extremely rude to me, where is the customer effort or going the extra mile
