Engagement Ring Nightmare

My engagement ring was bought at American Swiss at Riverside on the 22 November 2013 today is the 24 January 2014 and still dont have my ring and havent heard from the shop since early January2014. I have taken the ring back to the store 3 times for resizing, a diamond falling out and then replacing the diamond with one that doesnt fit. Its embarassing and humalitating when people congragulate us on our engagement and ask to see the ring and i have nothing to show. I returned the ring for the last time and asked for the manager who is Nicolen Delange in tears because of disappointed and humilation. She gave me the cold shoulder, ignored me and set in her office when the sales lady went to inform her that a custormer wants to return her engagement ring and what to speak to the manager. People are saying my ring is Fong Kong (fake) others are even going as far as to say my fiance called off the engagement. My wedding was suppose to take place on the 28 Feb 2014 but i cancelled because im not sure if i will have ring.
