Disappointing competition prize

I recently won a Sportsmans Warehouse facebook competition. The prize promised was 1 of 4 Salomon hampers worth over R1000. I was very excited to collect my prize, but it was a bit of a disappointment. I recieved a running visor and the panorama midlayer jacket retailing at R349 making the prizes value about half of what was promised. The jacket used on the competition page is also a completely different jacket than the one that I recieved. I also already sent a message to Sportsmans warehouse directly via their website with no reply.
