WASTE OF MONEY

Hi There. Last year March my husband and I scraped every last cent we had together to buy a Logik tumble dryer. Being young and with a baby and me being unemployed you can imagine how hard this was for us. my gran accidently threw our cash receipt away when she thought she was being helpful and cleaning my car. To cut a long story short, 2 months later the machine just stopped getting hot and had a bad chemical smell to it. I went into Game and was told without a receipt there was nothing they could do. We have now carried on without it but now we have moved to Queenstown where it is icey cold we need it as out washing doesnt dry. I proceeded to contact Game Queenstown to discuss the matter and the lady in customer services said I must take the tumble dryer in to the store. I explained I was a lady mostly on my own and I only had a small car so this was impossible. She said she would call me back and I am still waiting. The tumble dryer is just over a year old and has only been used about 5 times. I paid for something I cannot use and the after sale service has just been disgusting. Surely they could check back on the serial number? pls i am desperate!!!
