Tumbeldreyr sent back for the second time

With reference to our purchase done on the 20th of December, this was just not a pleasant experience. Our brand new tumble dryer has a Defy stove booklet on the inside and does not even switch on. After Jacob handled our complaint and also arranged for and exchange on the tumble dryer, it has been delivered today at 16h10 and the new delivered one is also not working. If the new ones is not working what is it going to be like in 6 months, I suggest we arrange for a full refund so I can shop a another store for a different brand tumble dryer, .
