Tumble dryer broken twice in 6months&no assistance

I bought a tumble dryer at game, and within 4 months it broke and they came to collect and fixed it, 3 months later it broke again. i went in on the 14th of December with my proof of purchase logging a complaint about my tumble dryer, a week has passed and i didn't hear anything so i went in-store and complained, they said oits a public holiday they will come back, ive been in the store twice a week and they said the company has been closed so from the 14th of December till today the 13th of January i have not had one phone call back from game. this is utter pathetic service, didn't get a call to say they where closed in a months time i received no communication from them at all. not one we are attending to it we will get back to to you. i want a refund know as i while go to a store which actually has costumer service who does not leave you not phone you once, that u have to drive 50kms twice a week to go in store to inquire what is happening for them to pull up their shoulders and say oh im sorry.i cant help you not once have they followed up with me, this is utter bad, the worst service ever.
