Whirlpool destroyed my clothes

I rent an apartment and the landlord bought a whirlpool top loader laundry machine and a tumble dryer for them and us to use. Long story short the washer ripped three of my shirts to date and last night one of my bra's was the victim of the tumble dryer. Normally I would just ignore an incident like this, but four times already... (and this is just my clothes). It has come to a point where i actually 'say goodbye' to my clothes before i wash them, as i never know if they will come out the same (although they do come out cleaner).

I am sure you understand the nature of my complaint.
