Tumble dryer broke after 21 days of purchase

Defy Tumble dryer broke 21 days after I bought it from Game in Cape Gate 29 May 2013. Took it back to Game (all the way from Paarl) they did not want to take it back because they only take back within 14days.
Defy came the next week (25 Jun) and said it is broken they will have to get new parts. They promised to be here today (16 July) but did not show and did not call. I used my tumble dryer maximum 20 times before it broke and now they make me wait. It has been broken longer than it was working for.
It is winter and I have 4month and a 3year old boys and it has been raining in Paarl!
