TUMBLE DRYER

We bought a Salton tumble dryer about 2year ago. Good price and all. Lovely machine up to now... The timer gave in and now we are struggling to get a new timer. If we do get a timer, it cost half the price of a new tumble dryer. So what now??? Why have a product which you don't have spares for anyway???

This is so frustrating, I am a mother of 2 and what must I do now when it rains? Can't wash anything :-(
