3 Tumble Dryers in 6 Months All Broken

We bought a Deby Tumble Dryer in about August / September 2012. Since we got the first tumble dryer they have sent a technician out 3 times and we are on our third tumble dryer now in a period of about 6 months. The service we have been getting from Furniture City and Defy is absolutely pathetic. The last tumble dryer they replaced was 2 days ago and again it is overheating and makes a noise and this is suppose to be a new tumble dryer. We managed to get hold of the manager at Furniture city ALDRED what a rude person and he doesnt care about his customers at all. He makes out that we are stupid and dont know how to use the tumble but we have had exactly the same make before that lasted us 7 years. ALDRED has been no help at all I dont even understand how he can be made manager of a store. We were even told that we need to phone DEFY ourselves and sort this problem out ourselves!!! Where is the customer service in that???!!! What they should do is give our money back so that we can go to a reliable supplier but they keep saying they cant do that. This is not acceptable and we will take this further as this has now been going on for 6 months. ALDRED IS A USELESS MANAGER
