PQ CLOSED 16:40

Yesterday afternoon me and a friend went to PQ Randfontein after work, we got there 16:40 and their doors where halfway closed, so I asked the security guy if we can go in, he said no they are closed, I then asked what time do you close and he said 5pm. I asked him to call the manager, after waiting, I asked the manager the same thing, what time do you close and he said 5pm so I asked if I can go in, I just need to get some shoes, he told me no, they are closed, there are a few customers inside but they close their doors 20minutes before 5?? If your trading hours are from 8-5 or 9-5, sure you allow clients still to go in when its 16:40 or 16:45
No but they close early because they start to cash-up 16:40

I have worked in retail, never have I seen this in my life... Their service and code of good service is pathetic, I will surely not buy from them again, and I was a regular monthly custome
