INCOMPETENT SERVICE AND ATTITUDE @ PICK N PAY

I stood in a very long queue at a cashier for almost 20 minutes, only for her to then tell me that the card machines were out of order. I feel the manager should have been announcing this as people were waiting in long queues. I then asked her if I could leave my trolley of goods at her side while I walk out of the store to an ATM which was also a distance away from the Pick n Pay & she agreed. When I got back, I looked for my trolley and it wasn't there. I asked the manager and she asked if I had put a card on my trolley which I didn't know I was supposed to have as it was not mentioned to me by the cashier. I was forced to take the long walk back to the entrance of the store to find another trolley to go back in and refill all the groceries that I had already picked 45 minutes ago. And here am I, back again like deja vu... after standing in another queue, the cashier did not ask for my smart shoppers card and when I produced it, she said "aah sorry the transaction is done."... This is totally unacceptable as I shop almost every 3rd day at Pick n Pay. I am a very loyal customer and I would like feedback very soon with compensation.
