TRADING HOURS NOT ADHERED TO

I rushed through to just fetch a order that was delivered fom another branch. I get there at 14:45 and they are closed. I look at the doors to see the written trading hours and the shop should close at 15H00. I asked the security why they closed she just stared at me. She was totally rude. She managed to call someone and I inisisted that I be let in to collect my parcel. This lady said she'd only allow me in to get just the parcel. She stated that they always closed before 3 so that they could so what they needed to by 3. That is utter nonsense. Then the trading hours should reflect the actual time of close.
Truworths staff do not respect the people they are servicing. As for the security lady - she needs to learn some poeple skills.
