(this is an extract from a letter send to staff of Incredible Connection)

From my interaction with the staff at Incredible Connection, it is clear that this is not one of your "normal" suppliers. And the way these guys are doing business is having a negative effect and impact on my interaction with yourself.

I will be returning from Windhoek on Friday. On Monday morning I will be returning to your shop in Eikestad Mall.By that time the phone would have been with you for 5 weeks, which is more than a month. Taking in consideration that I only had the phone now for 6 months, it hardly sounds "fair" that a consumer pays in the order of R9500 for a product and then has less than 20% of usage of that product since the time it was bought. The consumer act refers to "fair business practices" and "unfair, unreasonable, unjust or improper trade practices". Now I am not saying that this is intentional from your side, but at this moment it does not feel like I am being treated fair. On the other hand, not being able to use my product for more than 20% the time since it was bought as a result of some product fault, sounds like unreasonable, unjust or improper trade practices.
