Nu-Shop Pnx Plaza closes doors before closing hou

I reached the store at 15.45 only to find their doors already closed. I tried to communicate with the security guard inside the store who said that they close at 15.45 yet their trading hours clearly state "Sundays 9.00-16.00. I called the store and one of the employees answered and said that they close their doors at 15.45 so by the time they cash up they leave the store at 16.00. I think that this is unaceptable especially since I had to go back to exchange defective goods. If they want to close the doors at 15.45 then their trading hours should clearly state that!
