They close 30mins before the actual closing time

We went to Legit today with my friend, around 1 we saw something that we liked but we didn't have the cash, so we asked what time they close so we can go back home and come back, we were told by the security guard that they close at 14:45 and mind you the closing time at the door is15:00. We came back around14:35 and they had closed when we asked we were told now that they close 30mins before. It didn't sound right so we asked to speak to the manager who told us yes that was true she had the guards to tell us that we can report her if we want. We don't get time during the week and we need what we saw before Wednesday. What do we do? This has happened before but luckily we were inside when it did. Is this how you treat your clients???
