Account doesn't decrease

I bought a SONY 7.2ch Mgongo Home Theatre and it was without the Blueray Remote control, and we had and agreement that I won't pay until I get the remote but I did pay. And I write to you complaining about Lewis so they make and offer that I keep the system without the remote and they'll minus R1000 from the instalment b now I'm in areas, even after I had the agreement with the manager that I'll pay half the instalment this month and full instalment the following month.but still the account remains on areas. And to my surprise they tell me that I didn't pay for 2 months but I have all my payment proofs. Please help.
