Advertisements and contracts not the same

I have made a purchase from Lewis Stores 07 February. I bought a lounge suite that was advertised for R9999.99 with a cash back voucher of R2500.00. According to the advertisement the only instaalment will be R643.00 ALL COSTS INCLUDED with a R1000.00 deposit! The cash back I received I used as a deposit immediately, big was my surprise that after I signed the contract all sorts of costs were added. R950.00, R1450.00 Vat etc after the deposit of R2500.00 my instalment will be R628.00? I immediately phoned and they corrected it but with hick-ups. I also have another Lewis account and after the nerve wrecking day to correct this I realised the same happened with my other account. Insurance charges R108 & R142 p/m totalling R250.00 a month which was not even discussed with me at the time. I am very upset, I would like Lewis Stores to credit my account with the insurance premies and allocate it to my principle debt as this is unacceptable!
