I bought a home theatre system without a remote

I am writing this report on be half of my father he bought a home theatre system on the 31 march 2012 on the best home and electric, the matter about this home theatre is that they delivered it without a remote control.we tried to talk to them, we even brought it back to them but still paying for two month but still paying them a full amount of money, they took it back to us and told us that they will order it from the tedelex supply its been a year now they don't respond, so we decided to take them to court an then we won the case the court told them to pay us back our full amout that we payed for the home theater .that was 2 months ago still they haven't payed us.
