I've pawn my PS3 with three remotes, of which one remote was the of War, Accession remote. When I went to pay for the goods, I opened the bag in store infront of Manager and the of War remote was gone. They checked on video and confirmed indeed the remote was put back in bag but now gone. The next day I had to phone them as apparently they did not have my number. They said they found the remote. On Saturday morning I went to the store to collect the remote, I was told it was not my remote they found. The Manager phone around to find the same remote... needless to say, they could not find the remote because it was a limited edition remote. The owner of the shop said that the guy that helped me will pay for the remote (personally i think that this is so unfair as there is no proof he it!). I was told to think on how they can make it better but they can't give me the cash for the remote. On my contract it states that in event of the sum will be paid out... so don't understand. My son has already 2 remotes, he bought the remote because it was a LIMITED EDITION remote... he does not want another normal remote... so I demand, replace the exact remote or refund!
