Remote not inclueded

I bought a bauer Hi Fi system from house and home in december I was told ther was no more stock but I could have the demo model. I agreed to this. When I set it up after I got back from holiday, I realised that it did not have an FM aerial or remote. I did not realise it needed a remote when I purchased it. In early january I went to house & home and explained my problem. They took a copy of my receipt and told me they would contact me. Im still waiting. The Hi Fi cannot function properly without a remote control, as allot of its features are controlled by it.

I cannot believe I paid money for half a product!
