"New Printer" actually second hand

So I purchased a LaserJet HP printer from Deon Wired in Tokai. Brand new, Sealed in the box.

Once I got home and set up the fax I realised our number was another 71 phone number and the company name was already on the machine.

The company I spoke to returned the printer due to it not having the functions they specified it had in the store.

The managers response to this was nothing can be done this week you'll have to wait until next week Monday "Public Holiday"

Eventually offering me R200 off on a R2200 machine if I drive all the way back there and return it.

Not worth the time or the money in my opinion and re-packaging goods for resale that have been returned for any reason cant be a good thing.
