I I'm customer M.J.Motsiri account number:0269-039384 at Lewis. I have problem with the arrears on my account. The time I took the deal at Thabong branch the manager knows that I get paid on the 15th but make it that I pay on month end and now I'm on arrears. And we had and agreement that he will Re-invoice because I received the incomplete stock and TV was from the display the DVD had no remote and the HDMI cable. On May I told the manager that they must come and take the Home Theatre. He said that till then I must stop paying and stoped. When I call the Costomer Care they dont want to listen and they tell me that is not Their problem that I made the deals with the manager. And now they are threatening me with legal action.
