Manager doesn't care

I have complained to a few store managers, left messages for the general manager to call me. Left my number for the regional manager to call me. Sent two complaints via their website, and still no response. I have had a number of issues at your Hatfield branch, and would appreciate a call from someone who actually cares about resolving customer problems. I was a daily shopper in your store, and am no more.
