Store is in Bad Shape

My complain is regarding checkers in Somerset West. I have complained to management, to regional managers as well as national contact persons. They have not acted or responded in any meaningful way.

The store has been declining for years and it has now become shocking. I have spoken to Troy Sargeant and in store managers and was even assaulted by a store manager.

The staff and management are rude, untrained and incompetent. The queues are between 10 and 15 minutes at the Express Till section. They rarely have more than 30% of tills operational. The staff pick their noses and put their fingers in their mouths and then handle food. One manager told me that she does not know what to do, she is so frustrated.

Management are useless, and always have a ready excuse. Yesterday the manager on duty told me that everyone has the same problem, it is just not me. As if that makes it better. I am even more appalled as I am a Shoprite shareholder.

I have repeatedly asked Head Office to intervene at this store, but they clearly do not care. I have made videos of the shocking state of the store but still it goes ignored. Is there anyone that cares about the state of this store?
