Yet another bad Incident in PICK AND PAY

I have found a hair in the pie, after being contacted by the branch manager i was told to wait for the supplier to get back to him. Today when i call the store, the rude dam manager has a nerve to tell me, why must he call me. A big store like pick and pay and this is how they care for they clients. Finding a hair in the pie was the most Discussing thing ever, when I have told Gilbert the manager that I will put this on hello peter after his rudeness he said that he does not care. I will never in my life shop at pick and pay again and i am going to tell others as well.
