11 days ago my card was (for no reason) declined a the till for over R522, so I paid with another card, even thought I received the sms from my bank saying the money had been debited whilst I was at the till - and I showed the store manager this. The money is in the uncleared.pending section of my account, so its not totally gone - but I can't access it. I have called and emailed more than 10 times and they keep telling me different stories and saying they will get back to me. I cant show them a statement as it is not ON the statement as it is uncleared, i sent a screen shot of this on my online banking and my other card statement with the debited R522. 11 days later they still have not credited my account. I think this is absolutely disgusting, no apology or explanation - I can not afford to lose R522. I am a Clicks Gold Member and I am so furious with this treatement I will never go back again, ever.
