Ok guys, so this was my complaint I emailed on 08th October. I was told 48 hours to respond. Still no call from a regional manager. Just want everyone to know not to shop at CNA Canal

I went to the store in my lunch time again. Once again there were no cashiers. Finally cashiers pitch up and the manager Cornelius is shouting at them from the other side of the shop asking them " how can you not know how to work on tills"? I spoke to a cashier who goes to the back of the store to call Collette as I was explained to do!

Once again Collette relays messages with her staff on what to do and her staff ends up running up and down twice before I get some help. In the mean time there is only one cashier and after 15 minutes two customers walk out of the store and leave the things they wanted to purchase on the cashier table because no one helps or cares.

This CNA store is pathetic and useless. The managers didn't even show their faces and no apologies or explanation was given. I thankfully got my money back and I won't be shopping there again. I suggest you get a regional manager to do something because that store will just get worse and worse.
