Responds to Complaint NO INTENTION OF RESOLVING

1st report posted at 22h02/29/12/2013 re Bissel vacuum cleaner. Herman responded at10h55/30/12/2013 advising store manager to contact me. Contacted Store Manager at15h15/30 as no one had called me, Mannie (Manager) requested I bring machine direct to him immediately as he is waiting and he will resolve. Mannie was not aware of hellopeter complaint & Hermans response with ref#3858058. Wife made a special trip to take machine to Mannie and got there within ten minutes of our call, paged several times for him and after about half an hour he shows up and has a different view. To date Mannie has not sent a mail as promised advising of our call & his refusal to HONOUR initial warranty. Herman advised of my dissatisfaction. He advised he will escalate to Regional Manager and Regiinal will call me by 31/12/2013. 13h25/02/01/2014, no contact from Regional or Herman, posted my feedback. 11h40/04/01/2014 Herman responded by requesting I take item back to store. Called Herman on6/01/14 advised neither him nor Regional has called me. He advised he will advise regional again. To date still NO REGIONAl CAL OR RESOLVe. Herman advises he only responds to complaints, nothing more! CUSTOMERSERVICE!!!
