Bad service i got from paic and pay

I'm sick and tired of the service we are getting from Pick and pay the tramshed in Pretoria. Can someone tell me if pick and pay it has now turned to at Tuck shop, it's currently operating like an individual black person (Not being) but that's how i feeling. it's like they cannot afford to pay their staff anymore. People are so incompetent from the Manager to the Tellers. I was there on Friday and I bought a grocery and I asked the teller to pack for me as the stuff was too much. And her response was they don't pack . my question is if I pay for full service why aren't I getting one? and I believe that should not be my problem if Pick and pay has short staff. The lady said Manager will come and pack for me. Two of the store Managers ask what is she calling them for but than nothing was done to solve my query. After 10 minutes of me waiting there with no assistance from both Managers and a Teller I decided to get a refund. I left stuff that I bought and my account number so they can refund me as well as my cell phone number . to my surprise, I have not receive my money and they did not call me as yet. Can someone call me for a feedback or I will start charging interest
