Food destroyed by Window cleaner in same plastic!

Utterly unhelpful call centre as well!!!

Went shopping at Nelspruit Pick n Pay and when unpacked, all food were destroyed by a window cleaning product put in the same plastic - the cleaning product was defected? I immediately phoned the store but they were closed. I phoned the call centre and a very (extremely) unhelpful gentlemen just told me to take it back to the store... hello! they r closed!!! he said no problem just do it when I want to. What about petrol price - he did not care or take my name and number - NOTHING - no help. Why is there a complaints/customer care section? To waste my money even more? I now have lost in petrol, food and cell phone charges... and no dinner on the table... but so what- who cares? Not Pick n Pay! Oh no, they just refer to the manager, when u want to... I am red... and frustrated... and very, very upset.

upon asking the indian gentlemen when he will take my number and name, he said no need - I must just go see the local store manager...

:( very, very unhappy client and this is not the first time...
