I am really shocked by the service I received from Homechoice this time round!! I have been a supporting client for more than 3 years and this is the service you get... Fine I am not the only client, but still you don't expect to get this kind of service!!!
I ordered a kettle in April 2013, 1 week after the order was placed I called to track the delivery and was told it is on it's way, same response after another week has passed. 3 Weeks into the order after numerous calls I was told that the order was being sent back to Cape Town because there was no one at the delivery address., no one (courier) even pitched at the delivery address!!! The order was eventually cancelled due to one agent telling one story and another agent telling another story. I placed an order for bathroom towels a week after the ordeal only to be asked why I sent the kettle back (which I NEVER did). I ordered the kettle once more thinking it would arrive with the towels... HA HA HA. An agent from Cape Town calls me telling me it was ONCE MORE sent back because there was no one at the delivery address again! AGAIN!!! NO ONE WAS AT MY OFFICE TO DELIVER ANYTHING!!! TRULY P@@#SSED OFF
