Did not receive all my goods & delivery address

I ordered a heater from Homechoice & and asked if i will be getting a free gift & reversible blanket as an agent called me before to offer this to me. The agent whom i ordered the package from confirmed that i would be getting the Heater, banket & free gift. I then asked for a different delivery address because no-one would be at my premises, i gave the details and the agent confirmed that it would be delivered there. PERFECT..

Then two nights ago my neighbour comes to bring me my order, so not only was the delivery address not taken note of but i did not receive my blanket!

Then i called the call center this morning and was told SORRY that heater does not come with the banket???

Well listen to the call when i ordered, the agent still checked & confirmed the blanket comes with it... I am VERY disappointed in Homechoice, and dont think i will ever order from you guys again!
