TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I ordered a 13 piece duvet & curtain set from Homechoice which was expected to be delivered within 4-6 weeks. 2 weeks after getting confirmation of my order, I am called & told my order is cancelled as the item is out of stock. When I ask why it took 2 weeks to figure this out, the "customer service" agent put the phone down on me. I called the Cape Town branch & spoke to the ''Customer Service Supervisor" who promised to call me back within 2 hours (This was on Friday 11/10 at 9am in the morning) - I am STILL waiting for my call. Today (monday the 14th), I get called by Homechoice to ask if my order was received and if I am happy with it. I informed the agent that my order was cancelled - she then checked and agreed (I had to tell her what was going on in her own company). I asked to speak to a manager and she said she cant transfer calls. Homechoice, don't sell items that you can't deliver!! This was a gift for someone & if you told me three days after I ordered I would've changed my order. Your service is pathetic & disgusting. I have advised 3 people today alone NOT to order from you like they were going to. I assume you'll contact me in 2 weeks to discuss this problem if at all!
