PLAIN STUPID

I placed an order with homechoice, I paid everything up and gave them a delivery address. A couple of days later, they did deliver, but TO A WRONG ADDRESS!!! how does a person do that? So I called them for a redirect, its been a week and no one has come to fetch the order. I gave them a call asking for an estimate, and guess what i got "... I dont know". When i ask how this mistake was made, "... I dont know". They told me, it can take up to 4 weeks just to come to pick up the order. It will take them some time as well to send the order back to cape town, and when it gets there, i must start afresh and order... only then will they send it to the correct address... how long is that going to take, seriously? So I decided I am going to make means of my own to get the parcel in a shorter space of time, and they said they are not gonna compensate me if i take matters into my own hands, even though i did pay for delivery and they up. I trusted homechoice, i didnt expect such stupid mistakes and bad service, and I didnt get even a single apology. I will not be ordering anything from you again. Hope u remove me from your database, I do not want a single phone call from you ever again
