I am a client of Home Choice for years now and this is the second time I struggles to get service. I have send Homechoice my broken kettle to replace it on 21.08.2013. No one contact me to give any feedback. Today on 25.09.2013 I phoned them to ask why they did not replace the kettle the answer was they still busy repairing it because they do not have stock. This is unacceptable. How long must a client wait for a kettle as I do not have one at the moment. I need an answer urgently.
