Paying for a system which I do not have

I have called numerous occasions following up as to my SONY home theatre system and they advised that they do not have stock.
I'm feeling as a customer this is unnecessary as no one comes back to me I always have to Phone to follow up, when do they realise as I am the customer and my needs to be see to.

I am paying for this system and I am three weeks with out my SONY, phoned the branch in lenasia Trade route mall spoke to Thulo he advise he is still awaiting stock from SONY.
My concern is could this really take three weeks I feel this is bearers fault as I need an update URGENTLY.

My system was delivered but it was used found a Anita Baker CD in it and the Batteries were not working, the FM Arial was also not in the box the wires were just laying around this was a system used in the store.

Could any one give a better feedback, call the customer service spoke to Dylan and Tshidi and they advise someone will contact me no one up to date contacted me.

This morning I spoke to Ricardo hopefully I will receive a call in the course of today.

I just feel we working with incompetent staff
