Not even a year old!

I purchased a Headstart (huge round, free standing) Trampoline last year, July, for my son's birthday. This trampoline is now coming apart. The stitching where the springs hook onto the mat, is tearing open...
I did phone the branch, this manager is not willing to assist at all. He advised me to take the mat in - it was a MISSION to install the trampoline, there is no way I can just quickly take the mat down... he is also not willing to send someone to come and inspect the trampoline. I need this trampoline replaced asap. And the manager needs an urgent course in client service.
