Wow more bad sevice!

After my previous complaint of my debit order inquiry not responded to, I get an email stating I must go and reapply for my debit order, since the papers were not received. After being threatened by ITC, i went to pay my account, which could have been done by debit order if Edcon did their jobs. Whilst there i inquired about my missing papers, which was quickly and easily found in the debit order file, including the reference number (20130312T1005155901) showing Edcon must have received it. The lady assisting me then mentioned, and I tend to believe her, that this has been happening often, and that I am not the first person who's debit order has not been activated. She then phoned JHB accounts, then the person said to her please hold while i check, and the next moment someone else is on the line, not informed of the situation. Turns out the other person transferred the call. Reason being not knowing how his/her phone works and pressed the wrong button? Or perhaps just too lazy or too close to his/her break to help? Terrible!!! The lady assisting me then re-faxed my application, new reference no 20130515T1010307303. So lets see if Edcon can get their staff to do their jobs! BAD BAD!!
