Bounceking is a rip-off

Our Bounceking trampoline has been outside in the garden for the last year and the spring cove and safety net have perished. I contacted The Bounceking service centre in Durban and was shocked that the price I was quoted for those 2 items was the price I paid for the trampoline brand new at Makro a year ago. This is a money making scheme where they use inferior materials which perish fast and then charge an over-inflated price for spare parts. These trampolines are are meant for children so safety is not an option so you can't just go without a safety net and they know it.
