I approached Game Northgate with a trampoline which was purchased at another Game store. I needed to return it as it had a defect. the first person I spoke to was not helpful at all. I then asked to speak to the manager of the Store. I was then referred to a person called Dino. Dino faced certain challenges in assisting me however he went out of his way to ensure that I left the store a happy man. I managed to return the trampoline and also get a new one. Thank you Dino for your friendliness and assistance. You are truly worthy of being a store manager and I will always come back.
