Unsafe Play Area

The first time I went to Spur in Amanzimtoti my three year old was pushed off the slide whilst going down and landed on her head. The restaurant was very quiet and there was only about three to four children in the area. The lady supervising was sitting watching TV. On the second occassion the restaurant was extremely busy and I could not get a table close to the play area to oversee my child. She was jumping on the trampoline and a group of teen boys took over the trampoline with her still on it. The one jumped right on top of her breaking her leg. There were three ladies supervising but were standing talking to each other. I find it highly unacceptable that although you allow the kids to play at their own risk that in such a huge restaurant as that with supervisors in the play area - that this should even happen. Surely one of them should have seen that these teens were bombarding the smaller children. The manager immediately came to me on my way out the door to race my child to hospital to remind me that children play in that area at their own risk... REALLY? She was in a cast from her ankle to her hip and immobile for 6 weeks...
