Trampoline split in the middle

We purchased a trampoline from Joy Trampoline in Oct 2011. The trampoline split into the middle we contacted Joy Trampoline who were not interested the only people that jump is my two year old and four year old girls.

Clearly their quality is not up to scratch yet they charged us R3600 for this piece of rubbish. Which could have injured my children should they have been on it at the time it split.
