Easy to take your money - But can't delive

So on Tuesday (15 May 2013) I ordered a few items and paid via EFT early the morning. Emailed the proof of payment and got an immediate response that it was received.

But... About 5 minutes later I got another email stating that one of the items I ordered was cancelled due to "incorrect price".

I have been phoning everyday as the payment and credit of the cancelled item wasn't loaded to my account and every consultant promised to look into it and sort it out. And guess what... It has not been sorted out and I'm still waiting for those consultants to phone me back!

Really disappointed in Kalahari. At this rate, I won't be shopping from them again!!
