I have been a fan of Kalahari for quite a long time and have bought a lot of stuff there as their service has always been excellent. I ordered 2 items on the 08/10/2013, I received the 1 item only on the 21/10/2013 and I was advised that the other item will only get to me on the 31/10/2013... I'm sorry but is the point of online shopping not to have "peace of mind" and for the convenience and speed. Normally you wait a day or 2 depending on the item ordered. I have in the meantime cancelled my 2nd item and have asked for a refund as I feel it is very pathetic to wait 3 weeks and more for a purchase, I am sure [URL Removed] will give me a lot better service.
