No delivery after 15 days

A tablet was ordered and FULLY PAID on the 30th November. The tablet was not delivered within a week after payment and we tried to track the order. After several calls, emails and a complaint lodged to management, no one could tell us why it was not delivered. We spoke to 5 different consultants, who could all see the order number and proof of payment on their system as well as the delivery date, 4th December. Each of the Consultants promised to phone us back with feedback which also DID NOT HAPPEN!

Now we received a notification that our order has been cancelled due to non payment AND WE ALREADY PAID the tablet. But now we can see the amount we paid as credit on our account on the Kalahari website which is an indication that they did receive the money.

Now suddenly no one knows what is going on. This is the poorest service that we have ever received from Kalahari. They have incompetent people working in their accounting department and I would think twice before ordering anything from them AGAIN!

It WAS suppose to be a Christmas present...
