Kalahari.com
No delivery, no response

We placed an order with Kalahari on 27 October for 4 items, and it stated 3 to 5 days for deliveries. NONE of the 4 items made it within this time. The first 2 arrived after about 2 weeks, 1 earlier this week, and the last one not as yet. Every time you phone them, it is a different excuse, and NO feedback from Kalahari whatsoever. They have now cancelled this item, I guess we will have to see if we EVER get our money back. They have now been sitting with our money without ANY delivery.
We order online regularly, but will NEVER touch Kalahari again. Takealot provides MUCH better service.
Thanks for nothing. Maybe Kalahari should place an order with Takealot so they can learn how a customer should be treated.
