Special advertised, paid upfront, waiting on stock

Hi there, I bought a TV that was on special on the 19th May 2013. There was no stock at present and I paid upfront for the TV. I have been following up with the relevant people at the store, I have phoned approximately 6 times and visited the store on the 25th May 2013, but to my shock and frustration, the stock has still not arrived. I am utterly disappointed with this, especially because it was advertised and there was no stock, not even mentioning the fact that I have to constantly phone them and nobody goes the little extra mile to keep me informed.
Really not happy.
