I ordered a bed online on 05/05/13. After having issues trying to do an online eft, I received a call from dial-a-bed and spoke to Lunga who was quick to call and ask when I was going to make payment. Eventually I got the payment through. I responded to an email he sent me asking if everything was in order twice and I received no feedback. I had to call in to get an answer as to what the status of my bed was. Just over a week later, I sent an email to [Email Removed] with my order number to give me an idea as to when my bed will arrive. A full day went pass and still no response. This is absolutely unacceptable! All I requested was a status update via email and on 3 occasions no one had the decency to reply with just a simple email. I understand it might take some time to process the entire order/delivery, but not responding to clients is just plain rude! It's like paying a large sum of money and then hoping for your bed to arrive, no customer relationship at all! I certainly wont use the online option again. For the record, my order number is 12867
