Extreme delays in turn around time

18/03/13 Monday
Sent an Email to [Email Removed] to enquire about a product's availability
I then sent another Email later on the same day to follow up to get a response
I got a reply eventually saying that this particular item's ETA would be in stock later on in that same week

I asked Alex to process the order for me and would like to go ahead with it ASAP. I gave Alex my details and would pay via EFT
Alex responded saying that he can re-enable the product on their site so I can then place the order online instead. I did so, by now it was end of the business day

Tuesday
Got an Email in the morning saying that there is stock at the supplier and the order has been processed and I can proceed with EFT payment. I then payed for the sale

Alex later updated me that they were expecting a shipment from their supplier with my order either on Wednesday or Friday
Friday
I sent a follow up Email if they had received my order, I was told they did not. I was not contacted again after that
25/03/13 Monday
Frustrated with their service, I called in for an update. Was told that my order was not on their previous shipment as thought.
Tuesday
Called for update and no definite answers again!!
